About the Foundation
The Single Mom Foundation (SMF) is committed to improving the lives of single moms and their families by helping more women get back to school. We want to help single moms get either additional training or more appropriate schooling by connecting them to institutional resources and community support already available but perhaps intimidating or difficult to find. We’re creating a network of educational partners who will work with us to advance new generations of scholars, help single moms develop long-term self-reliance, improve the lives of women and create hope for a better future for single moms, their children and the communities in which they live.
